By visiting Shipyard Park, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to Coronavirus (COVID-19).  Shipyard Park is taking measures to enhance core recommendations and guidelines for the safety of all our guests and employees which is of the utmost importance.  Guests will still assume all the risk.  As in any public place where people are present, there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19.  The COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.  According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, based on the current available information and clinical expertise, older adults and people of any age with underlying medical conditions might be at a higher risk of severe illness from COVID-19.  All guest should consult their physician prior to attending Shipyard Park.

Visitor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Shipyard Park, its owners, members, employees, officers, and agents against any injury, loss, cost or expense that may arise from or in connection with visiting, participating in activities, or training at Shipyard Park.

You MUST follow all posted COVID-19 Guidelines and CDC precautions while visiting Shipyard Park.

Shipyard Park is a privately-owned complex and reserves the right to remove or ban anyone or any team that violates these guidelines. Expected behavior from all guests but not limited to players, coaches, teams, scorekeepers, spectators, guests, tournament directors, and umpires are:

• Clean and sanitize your hands on a regular basis
• Do not touch your face, unless you have recently sanitized your hands
• Practice social distancing (stay 6 feet apart)
• Utilize face coverings if social distancing is not possible
