Shipyard Park wants to make sure people understand that the health and safety of our players, coaches, families, employees and visitors from local areas and all across the country are the utmost importance to our re-opening decisions.  We are thankful to have teams and families from the local area and throughout the South, Northeast, Midwest, and West that have played and currently ready to play and visit Shipyard Park.  The effects of COVID-19 are ever-changing for each state, city, and county which plays a factor in Shipyard Park’s decision on opening up for visitors.  Safety guidelines and protocols for COVID-19 will be posted once a date is determined to open.

Shipyard Park is continuing to monitor the most up to date recommendations released by the CDC and the Local and State Officials on the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.  At this time, Shipyard Park’s tentative plan on upcoming tournaments will be decided one week prior to the starting date of the event.  Please understand that Shipyard Park will be making decisions based on the current recommendations and guidelines that are available.  With the ever-evolving recommendations and safety guidelines being updated, a decision timeline could change.  The Organization responsible for the event will contact the teams once a decision has been made for their tournament.

Please be safe and continue to follow our social media for updates.
